QUAD LOCK® 360™ FLEXIBLE ADHESIVE BASE

The Quad Lock® 360™ Flexible Adhesive Base is the most adaptable mounting point in the 360™ ecosystem. Its unique design, featuring four scored panels, allows the base to be formed to fit both flat and curved surfaces (concave or convex). Using ultra-secure 3M™ adhesive, this base ensures your mount stays firmly in place even in demanding environments.

KEY FEATURES:

• Adaptive Design: Four 28mm-wide panels with grooves allow the base to bend, making it perfect for mounting on fuel tanks, dashboards, or fairings.

The Flexible Adhesive Base can be attached to a number of different flat and curved surfaces, however, it is not intended for severely curved surfaces (eg. 180 degrees).

The 3M™ VHB Adhesive will adhere to smooth, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as:

• Un-coated Glass (eg. windshield)
• Plastics such as PC, ABS, PVC, Nylon, Acrylic (eg. plastic car dash, console)
• Metals
• Fibreglass
• Sealed wood

Recommended applications:

• Interior of cars / 4x4
• Boats
• Caravans
• Any low vibration element

It is not recommended for the following substrates:

• Rubber, TPU, TPE
• Leather
• Silicone
• Soft touch coating or paint
• Low surface energy plastics such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acetal, HDPE
• Unsealed wood

Although possible, we do not recommend using the Flexible Adhesive Base on the following vehicles.

• Motorcycles
• Scooters
• ATVs
• Anything that causes high vibrations or receives constant exposure from outdoor elements

Please ensure the substrate is thoroughly cleaned and dry before applying the Flexible Adhesive Base.

The 3M™ VHB ™ tape is a single use adhesive and is not reusable.

Ensure mount position does not obstruct vehicle safety features such as airbags.
